🔎超穎透鏡:半導體晶片新製程科技🔎

光蝕刻是精密光學元件製造中,不可或缺的一環。密西根大學博士 Mao Ye 和同事開發出一項技術 - 利用超穎透鏡將光線聚焦成任意圖形,投射在微表面。

此技術的改良,除了有機會應用在光蝕刻領域、增快元件產出速度外,成本也較傳統的光罩蝕刻技術低廉;在操作上,更具備透鏡及元件可共用生產線的優點。未來,可望加惠利用光在表面雕刻特定圖案的製造商,亦可應用於各種便攜式成像系統和光電元器件。
